Last week, Farminform's General Meeting of Shareholders appointed Petra Willems as a member of the Supervisory Board.
Petra is managing director of Organon Benelux and brings with her a successful track record of more than 30 years as a business leader at MSD.
Petra's appointment is effective, retroactively, from 1 June 2023. We look forward to a pleasant and successful cooperation with Petra within Farminform.
Together with the Supervisory Board members, the MT and all colleagues, Farminform, as the national data trust for drug use, focuses on deploying and facilitating safe data exchange for healthcare providers, governments and industry, as well as initiating various forms of cooperation in the healthcare information domain. The goal here is 'effectively answering clinical care questions and contributing to appropriate use of medicines'.
Along these lines, we also express our great thanks to Paul Korte. Due to reaching the maximum term of office, Paul stepped down as a member of the Supervisory Board at Farminform as of 1 June this year.
Over the past 12 years, Paul has made a very important contribution to the development and positioning of Farminform. We are very grateful to him for this.
